About myself
I'm getting into this market pretty late in my life, but looking forward to fun and profit from RE! Experience: None at all. I've rented and leased my entire life... Real Estate Goals: Acquire a nice primary residence in the sunshine states, and invest in rental properties to supplement my retirement income. Pay those properties off, FAST! Currently Seeking: Condominium or multifamily properties in the Myrtle Beach, SC area. My wife and I will be snowbirding for 6 to 10 years...
