Daniel Murphree

Hi! I'm a Realtor in the Tampa Bay market. My wife and I live in Tampa and we just had our first child in April 2023. We really believe in the Tampa Bay market and everything that it has to offer! I love everything about real estate investing and I'm continuously learning and networking. I previously worked in the insurance industry as a Personal Lines Underwriting Manager specializing in homeowners insurance in Mississippi, Alabama, & Florida for about 12 years. I also previously was a manager at a vacation home property management company in Kissimmee helping manage over 40 vacation homes. My wife and I currently own 3 rental properties and have a rental arbitrage unit for a total of 4 rentals under management. I've been a long time BiggerPockets follower and have made many connections with other BiggerPockets members through meetups, conferences, social media, etc. Let me know if you're interested in investing in the Tampa Bay market or if you'd just like to chat about anything real estate!
