I am looking to connect with Wholesalers and like-minded investors to grow my real estate network. Looking for off-market deals now in CT and Nashville, TN! Preferably with Flip or Brrrr potential. For flips I look for single family where purchase price + reno cost = approx. 70% ARV, price point 0-250K (will go higher if the numbers are right). For Brrrr deals I look for single & multifamily 1-4 units in good rental market areas (city) with a price point up to 1 Million. I am interested in STR's, LTR's, and larger complex deals when available. I have experience with Flips and Development as well but currently I am looking for more BRRRR, STR, LTR, commercial, cash flowing deals.
