About myself
I recently relocated to CT and i'm looking to buy fixer uppers cheap and hold for the long term as rentals. Not knowing the area is my biggest worry. looking at prices and locations I would like to start in Waterbury, CT. Anyone from the CT area please hit me up. I'm always looking for mentors, investment partners and friends.
