I was a general contractor for close to 16 years and got out of real estate in 2008. I am looking to get back into the market. (Update) Back in the market with my first property. Scaling an investment company with a friend and building currently building our portfolio. Our team is organized and the business plan is working for us. Experience: I was building spec homes in the foothills of Fort Collins, had a framing company, building houses for the big builders along the front range. I have extensive remodeling experience and new construction experience. (Update) I have started a Real Estate Investment company with a friend and have pulled the trigger on our first property. We are actively building our portfolio and have a few investors waiting in the wings. We have a strong start and I am looking forward to building this company to eventually become a full time job. Real Estate Goals: Having developed an investment strategy that has short term (fix and flip), mid term (rental properties), and long term goals (conventional buy low/sell high properties along with hold and rentals), I would like to build my portfolio and add investors into the mix.
