Danny Morris

Danny’s real estate, political, and military experience stems from a drive to richly connect with people; as relationships, loyalty, and honor are ultimately what drives him. Though, formally educated up to a masters in real estate development, with the lifelong pursuit of professional development, it is the practical application of leadership, deep analysis, and working well with others, which makes successful and worthwhile ventures to him. Prior to RED, Danny worked as a Transaction Manager, Global Corporate Service team, at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (Or Newmark Grubb ACRES) in Salt Lake City, Utah. Danny worked on acquisition and leasing projects, for the GCS account- The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS or Mormon Church), Office of Presiding Bishopric. There, Danny managed over 50 real estate transactions in acquisitions and leasing, from New Zealand to Utah (Danny served an LDS mission in New Zealand). Previous to Newmark, Danny worked for Kingsley Management Corporation in commercial real estate management, leasing, and asset performance. Kingsley Management Corporation holdings include Self Storage and Multi-family properties all throughout the West. Danny served in the Utah Army National Guard, with an end rank of Sergeant for the 300th MI BN (Military Intelligence). As one of the most sought after intelligence units in the country, the 300th has deployed more than many active intelligence units in the country. While certifying in interrogation and source operations as HUMINT (Human Intelligence), Danny will be the first to tell you that he is nothing special compared to his fellow soldiers he served with. Danny believes in the everyday application of the Army Values: Loyalty, Duty, Respect, Selfless Service, Honor, Integrity, and Personal Courage. These values are his core which enhance his leadership qualities. Before military service, Danny was a residential loan officer, had experience in banking, and managed a private portfolio of residential properties and fix & flips. For RED Partners, Danny specializes in acquisitions, pre-feasibility, due diligence, entitlements, and investment analysis, with a deep understanding and education of local government and political processes. Although professional and highly analytical, Danny will add his outgoing personality at all times.
