About me: I live and work in New York and I have been around and circling "Real Estate Investing" for over a decade. I understand very well the financial and construction concepts of it, able to crunch the numbers and analyze a deal, but never really made a leap of faith. Was too risk averse so to speak. Finally I manned up and bought couple of SFHs in Florida and loving it! My appetite to invest is growing so I found BiggerPockets to be invaluable resource. I'm here to listen, learn, ask questions, make some sense, maybe even help someone and definitely invest into real estate. My Goals: financial freedom and wealth building with apatite for short and long term growth through the means of local and out of state real estate investing. Areas of Interest: residential single and multi-family, long term renting, flipping, rehabbing, partnering with other investors, and definitely make interesting and valuable connections.
