Daniel Gutierrez

Daniel earned his MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management where he concentrated in Real Estate and Finance and is in his first year as a REAG Board Member. Daniel is the Founder and CEO of Optum Real Estate Management, a real estate investment and management company focused on investing in and managing residential and commercial multi-family real estate across Southern California. At Optum Real Estate Daniel is involved in all aspects of operations but focuses on investing in and managing undervalued, distressed, and under-performing real estate assets. Daniel also hold a BS in Business and Economics and a BA in Spanish from the University of Oregon. He also has extensive experience in private equity and venture capital from his years as a successful entrepreneur and investor across the real estate and healthcare space.
