I currently work as a commercial lender in Boulder Colorado. I get a lot of exposure to real estate investors including construction, commercial, and residential. In 2014, I rented out my primary residence and purchased a new home. In January of 2017, I purchased a value add duplex. I am looking to expand my real estate portfolio and have a goal to own 10 units by 2027.
