Dan Trinh

I graduated from college with a chemistry degree, and my last 15 years have been dedicated to it, from doing non-profit research into cancer vaccines to diagnosing diseases using science. Working in these fields is quite enjoyable and also rewarding. In my spare time, I enjoy experiencing the outdoors. Whether it be in the forests or deserts of Southern California, I can always find something in nature to be appreciative towards and am still constantly being astounded by the wonders this world has to offer. Experience: My Family and I worked on acquiring condos and SFRs out of state. For the last few years I've been the point person in coordinating with the various property managers we have, while also taking care of the accounting and day to day affairs. Real Estate Goals: I am interested in SFRs and multifamilies. I'm utilizing my previous experience and learning new things from BP to acquire new investments on my own. Start small, but eventually proceed to buying multi family complexes. Currently Seeking: Like minded investors that are interested in learning from each other and supporting each other in their real estate endeavors.
