Full time CPU designer. Yep the corporate ladder but I love it! It's what I got my Master's Degree in ECE for. Experience: I own and manage couple rental properties, SFH & MFR, in Oregon and Washington. Real Estate Goals: I focus on buy & hold strategy. My goal is to buy at least one rental property each year until I retire, and I'm 27 now. Currently Seeking: I'm looking forward to adding more Multi-family or apartment complex into my portfolio.
