Hello Everyone, I am currently starting a partnership to buy multifamily homes in Colorado. I am looking to invest in properties to use as leverage to start other business ventures. My main goal is to own a restaurant. I served 5 years in the Marine Corps and currently live in Japan with my wife who is in the Navy. My wife and I own a rental property in San Diego, CA.
