I've always been interested in real estate and have done well buying and selling the houses I've lived in. Now is the time to expand into other opportunities and I'm presently unsure whether it's flipping, providing investment funds for others, or rentals. My goal is to find my niche using the resources provided on Bigger Pockets! Experience: Brenda and I have bought and sold about a dozen primary residences and have generally done well. Real Estate Goals: Our short-term goal is to partner with seasoned real estate investors. Ultimately, we wish monthly income of $10,000 which would allow us to devote 100% of our time to real estate. Currently Seeking: While we think we may have enough money sources, we are open to dialog with money lenders. We require the resources to find houses. We have yet to find an accountant and a lawyer.
