Darren Adetunji

I'm Darren, a Canadian founder building Hestia — a property maintenance coordination platform designed specifically for Canadian landlords and property managers. I got tired of watching landlords lose time and money to the same problems: maintenance requests lost in text threads, contractors who go quiet, tenants who lose patience, and no paper trail when things go sideways. Hestia fixes that — tenants submit requests through a portal, managers assign and track jobs from a dashboard, and contractors update status without needing a login. I built this for the independent landlord managing 5 units in Barrie or 20 in Brampton — not large REITs. Always happy to talk property management, Canadian real estate, or the operational side of running a rental portfolio. Feel free to connect.
