Wife and I are fairly new to REI the RIGHT way and learning as much as we can while saving reserves to get in position to hit the ground running! We do have 1 rental that is cash flowing well after 5 years of minimal gains since we did not approach it with the right mentality for optimum gains. We still fell forward at least, and now that we have implemented some of knowledge we have learned largely from the BP site/community, we positioned it for optimum gain while serving our tenant's needs. Looking forward to assisting as many others as possible while gaining ground ourselves.
