About myself
Owner of a duplex house in the South Shore of Boston. I live in one of the unit and rent out the other unit. I am fortunate there is no mortgage. I used the rent money to pay for all my utilities. I am not looking to grow- happy where I am at now. Just want to live happily with my family and learn from BP forum.
