I'm an experienced and seasoned investor and CEO of my investing company. I also take some time to coach and mentor to other successful entrepreneurs. I've done dozens of deals, all profitable. I love to negotiate and excel at comping and targeting rehab plans for max profit. I have a great team and we are always in growth mode and looking for the highest quality staff to add to our team. Experience: Bought my first flip house way back when my wife was at WSU for Grad School. Learned some good lessons about market cycles and made a small profit. I've been flipping, investing, coaching investor students and a featured speaker at REA groups for years now. Currently I'm expanding my team to add new Acquisitions specialists to accelerate our growth.
