David Chailim

Hi my name is David, I'm from Los Angeles, California, and looking to invest real estate. I've been helping out my family doing property management, for around 5 years or so and I know the business fairly well. Now I'm hoping to start a new family of my own, and would like to grow my own business in the same way, however, I'd like to start in another state, since California requires a lot of capital to invest here.
