Hey BP community! I'm David Decker and I'm ready to scale. I have dreams. I have huge goals. I have a huge mindset and won't stop till I achieve what ever i set my self to. Let's start with my why: Why realestate & why financial independence? To retire my parent and my sisters giving back to my father as he did for us. Then it gets even better.. Growing up my parents never had alot. My father was caught in the rat race and my mother raised the kids. My father owns a roofing company (shout/out if anyone needs a commercial or industrial roofer license and bonded) but at the time he was doing residential but not making alot. He would come home completely covered in black soot from the roof tear offs. He never wanted me to do what he was doing. He told me about how his brother is a professional day trader (my uncle) and also how investing in real estate can make me rich. [But he him self never knew enough to get started] nor took a chance. So we never had alot growing up. Je spent all his money on us kids. 2 younger sisters and me. As well as my mom. Spoiled to the point that he had no money to pay the bills <a happy family was his concern> but he never knew about passive income. I dropped out of school at 17 to work as a roofer with him. I did that for 7 years (12 years old cleaning the ground till I was 19 years old journey man wage. I raced motocross and was involved in most board and bike sports from age 12 as well. So I learned alot of Construction and roof construction and a lot of mechanics and engines. When I was 19 I was Presented the opportunity to join the Union as a engineer building operator in Chicago. I took the door and for the next 7ish years 2011-2017 I was Operating the heavy stationary equipment inside of commercial skyscrapers at the Prudential plaza. 104 floors 2 buildings. License as a low pressure and high pressure boiler operator along with many other operating systems in the building. I seem to have a 7-10 year cycle like the markets cause I was fired September 17th 2017 and for some stupid reason I didn't go back.. I dropped out of the union because I'm worth wayyyy more than 80k a year with a Threatened pension and 401K. I'd rather take on my uncles shoes or my dads advice as an investor in some type of market. In 2009 I started trading. Charles Schwab. 500 shares of ford @1.51$ 500 shares of Microsoft @11$ 2000 shares of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac both @.34 cents But ... No one looks good in a bull market. I sold in 2011 and took a nice profit... but spent it. If only I still had 500 Microsoft shares... smh... anyways I was fired and I jumped right into crypto and financial literacy. After winning and losing money in crypto. Lol I took my sites to rich dad poor dad.. robert kiyosaki, Marco santarelli, Bigger Pockets, every non fiction book I can keep up with lol and i started a trademarked brand. I took Seminars and conference meetings signed up to webinars and now I'm hungry for action! I learned alot in my past of what not to do. And now I have a equipped mindset for what to do. My goal is 15,000 units. Multiple businesses around 7 to 30. As well as once the passive income starts - I'll want to invest in start up tech and maybe A.i. sorry if you get offended but I'm going for the Big B. I want more then my why.. I want to be able to give. I want to start non profits and fund new growing towns. I wanna pump fresh water into rural areas third world countrys. Feed family and people like TonyR. I wanna be others inspiration. I wanna be a myth rather a legend. I wanna make people say (there is no f%#$ng way David did that.. Iv taken huge money risks in my past and now I have a brain that works way better than before. All I need to do is have The correct amount of capital and be at the right place at the right time with the right presented opportunity to invest. My favorite mentors so far Robert kiyosaki Marco Santarelli Ed Mylett Grant Cardone Dan Pena Bigger Pockets - all of you. Tim Ferriss Tony Robins Gary Vaynerchuk Tai Lopez Once you learn from these people.. its really hard to go back. A billion isnt far way with the correct plays. "I would rather be lucky than smart" Dan Pena. 50 billion dollar man. Now to start in real estate so I can have a foundation of wealth. Then take care of the family and I accomplished a goal... Next, world wide help. Thanks everyone! I'm here for you too! Reach out! Dark triad score 11-4-0 Extroverted. Realest/optimist There is always a way.
