We have two children. I am an Operations Specialist with experience managing businesses in chemical blending, packaging, blow mold bottling operations, electronics, imaging solutions, silver recovery equipment, beverage – coffee/bottled water, apparel and large machine tool and fabrication industries. I also consult to companies as an ERP software consultant. Recently, I was VP of Operations for a company based in Palm Coast, FL. where I managed three plants from TX to Florida. I am currently the Principal and Founder of Your Business CFO COO, an Atlanta small company-based management consulting firm. I enjoy working with companies by improving their financial performance by focusing on operational issues encompassing business process analysis and strategy reviews. I have increased sales, margins and capital including significant cash flow growth. My career encompasses 30+ years working for companies with sales ranging from $10M to over $1B. I have an AAS in Computer Programming and a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting/Operations from the Rochester Institute of Technology. I love real estate and have been a buy/hold landlord/investor for over 35 years. I am a real estate agent licensed in Georgia with experience in both residential and commercial transactions. I am now building my knowledge and expertise working with clients and other investors. I have done many personal transactions in the past and am now gaining the latest knowledge to turn my RE investments into my future full-time business. I look forward to learning from and networking with members within BiggerPockets, Inc. Please send me a message or call me to introduce yourself. I enjoy REI discussions!
