About myself
I am a relatively new buy and hold REI investor from Louisville, KY. I work full-time at a Fortune 60 company, and I invest on the side. Currently, I have three properties and retaining earning in order procure more! My first two properties I bought from the MLS as "turnkey" in order to mitigate risk as much as possible. My third property was a BRRRR with little rehab.
