About myself
I'm a New York City Architect's Representative (aka Expediter /Project Manager). We work with the city to develop buildings amongst other things having to do with building and obtaining Certificate of Occupancy. I have an MBA in Finance and have a house in Brooklyn and Upstate New York. Looking to do more deals Upstate as I see the environment being very favorable for Real Estate price appreciation.
