Beginning investor. I have a steady government job, and I want to build towards financial independence for myself and my wife, but also so that I may guide my children towards achieving that for themselves as well. Experience: I am brand new to real estate investing with no deals in my portfolio. Real Estate Goals: Develop a portfolio of SFH and multi-family properties in Washington State, and eventually target SFH rental properties in the mid-western United States.
