I am an Investor as well as the Managing Broker for Metes & Bounds Realty, serving the State of Georgia. My credentials include being awarded Managing Broker of the Year, and REALTOR® of the Year, President for the Metro South Association of REALTORS® (MSAR), President of the Metro South Women’s Council of REALTORS®, Vice President of Governmental Affairs, and a Federal Political Coordinator for the National Association of REALTORS®. Also, I've served as a contracted employee for the Housing Authority, as Programs Coordinator overseeing the Foreclosure Resource Center. With my depth of knowledge in Real Estate, I was instrumental in guiding the Housing Authority in receiving a National Award of Merit, and was also recognized in the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s Who’s Who of Real Estate Professionals -100 Key People Shaping Atlanta’s Housing Industry 3 years in a row. As a Certified Facilitator and a keynote speaker I've been able to help better understand the status of the property values and current market conditions within the metro area. Some of my speaking engagements included the U.S. National Archives, State Universities, Atlanta Regional Commission, Chamber of Commerce, Metro Fair Housing, Rotary and Kiwanis Clubs, various Home Owner Associations, and Public School events. On a personal note, I am a United States Army Veteran.
