As an Account Executive and the Asset Manager for the hard money Equity Fund, Temple View Capital, I am actually a real estate investor somewhat masquerading as a mortgage banker. Also licensed as a Real Estate Broker and a Mortgage Broker in the State of Florida. My personal background is in the work out of non-performing mortgage loans, REO disposition, and real estate investing. Temple View purchases and manages the servicing of various size pools of NPL. It also provides equity funding for real estate investors doing fix and flip and fix and rent scenarios in 41 states.
