Hey BP Family. I just found bigger pockets in May 2024 and have been consuming content like crazy. I have been working overseas for the last 9 years in the Oil and Gas industry. Since I am only stateside about once per year, I plan to be a long distance investor so I am open to any market that has good deals. My strategy is to buy & hold mostly turnkey long term rental properties. I am looking for a mix of both cash flow and appreciation. As I enjoy my W2 job, I don't have an urgent need for cash flow, but want to build long term wealth to pass to my 3 kids. I would also like to reduce my tax bills and hoping that real estate properties can help with that. My short term goal is to acquire my first property by June 2025 and close 1 deal per year for the next 10-15 years which would generate $15k in monthly cash flow.
