I started investing at the age of 20. Currently, I focus on cash flow and value add properties. I have been involved in syndication's and also have several private investors that I pay a significant return on their investment. I have been involved in every part of real estate from valuing, buying, selling, renovating, staging, managing, etc. I enjoy meeting new people and the freedom that passive income brings.
