Hello everyone, I was able to leverage the sale of my first home, which was a live and flip, into a primary residence for my family and a duplex for our first investment property. I’m looking to build and diversify a portfolio with multi family and commercial properties. I am interested in the market just north of Pittsburgh PA where many areas are class B and C. My goal is to be able to walk away from my 9-5 by the year 2033.
