Dave Holman

I lead a team of experts in acquiring and managing residential and commercial properties that benefit residents, investors, and the planet. I grew up in North Yarmouth, Maine before attending Carleton College. My Latin American Studies major took me to Bolivia where I co-founded The Spitting Llama Bookstore and Outfitter- a chain of retail stores. I'm a writer and have authored three books: Youth Renewing the Countryside, Coffee Smuggler, and Cyber Fire. After earning my MBA at the University of Maine, Portland, I worked as Outreach and Communications Coordinator for Safe Passage and then as Assistant Director of Annual Giving for Bowdoin College. I've been a real estate investor since 2011 and am a broker for RE/MAX Riverside specializing in commercial and investment property. I co-own 94 rental units in Southern Maine and enjoy working with owners, residents and contractors to solve problems and improve communities.
