I've spent the last 10 years in Agricultural Real Estate helping wine-companies, private investors and institutional investment managers to build vineyard platforms/portfolio's. Now I'm looking to use some of the skills I've developed including evaluating markets, identifying and analyzing undervalued opportunities and sourcing deals to personally invested in the residential space. I partnered on 3 SFR’s in Houston (2008-2013) with a very limited degree of success and many lessons learned, but I’m looking to take a much more hands on approach this time around. My goal to have built enough passive income in 10 years when my kids go off to school to be able to travel and visit them at anytime...
