David J Pring III

Hello, First and most importantly I am a proud husband and father of four. My wife and I have enjoyed a great adventure serving in the military for almost the last 20 years. I am a real estate investor and up to this point have focused on SF rental properties with the goal being to hold for the very long term. As I get closer to retirement and transition to my next opportunity in life I want to move into bigger deals such as mobile home parks or apartment complex’s. I look forward to learning new things everyday that will help me grow as an individual and as a business owner. I am always up for coffee and love discussing ideas and possible deals so feel free to reach out if your in the Clarksville, TN area.
