Typically a buy and hold model, however, have sold when the properties and market were right. Currently seeking mobile home parks or multi family properties. Also interested in commercial properties. Real Estate Goals: Income stream after retirement. Currently Seeking: Mobile home park investing, multi-family, or commercial. Southeast/Midwest market preferred.
