I have recently retired from truck driving and am new to REI. I was inspired when I read the famous book Rich Dad/Poor Dad. I am looking to build passive income and financial freedom. Been reading everything I can get my hands on about REI and absorbing as much education as I can. I have subscribed to several RE places such as Bigger Pockets and GRID Investor Network. I am also a member of Lake Erie REIA where I am making connections. With the help of a couple of REIA members I am starting small but would eventually like to invest in properties that can be leased out to companies that provide assisted living.
