Hello all. I'm the owner of PMI North Atlanta, a property management company serving the Forsyth/N. Fulton county areas. I've been an accountant for 30+ years in a number of diverse industries. Also, for the past 10 years, I've been the Controller/Operations Manager of a successful Property Management company. In addition to helping others successfully invest through my company, I would like to own a few more buy & hold properties of my own. I've learned quite a bit over the years about investing in single-family homes and I'm hoping this is a forum where I can continue to grow and share. Experience: I've spent 10 years helping grow a successful single-family home, property management company (450+ Doors) in 18 Metro-Atlanta counties. Real Estate Goals: I want to grow my property management company by supporting those who will benefit from my service. The combination of property management experience, plus many years of financial experience, I feel provide me with the unique ability to really offer a skilled professional to any investor's team. Currently Seeking: I strive to work with great investors/owners who want to add a property manager to their team. My perfect client understands that they could do this themselves, but just like hiring a lawyer or a CPA, it will get done better if they contract with a true professional.
