David Kaytes

David Kaytes is a State Certified Real Estate Appraiser in New Jersey & Pennsylvania concentrating my practice in the Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey Area. David is also an investor with emphasis on BRRR and occasional flips to purchase more BRRR's. David has been an investor in rental properties since the mid 90's starting on typical inner city row homes which has allowed to become very familiar with the ins and outs of BRRR's without significant financial exposure. Learning the rate of return of these types of homes is sometimes greater than those more expensive single family dwellings which have larger tax base and usually a larger debt service. David's professional experience with seasoned investors completing AVR ( After Repair Value ) valuations also have allowed to see how and what other investors are doing with their investments and sharing ideas. One philosophy is we can never know enough and tapping other investors is a great way to continue to learn and expand.
