Incessantly Learning. Perpetually Expanding. Relentlessly Pursuing. Experience: I began working in real estate with my father about 10 years ago. We would purchase, renovate and flip properties. We did this with tremendous success until he decided to retire from the business as it wasn't his day job. I have picked up a property every year or two to keep and have renovated and rented in the mean time. This has proved to be a very lucrative opportunity, and one I seek to expand. Real Estate Goals: Taking my previous experience with buy, renovate and hold, I have developed a business plan to grow this platform each year for the next 10 years, on the SFH side. I am also beginning my journey with Property Development and have started working on a very large project in Kansas City for a Mixed-Use Development. If everything goes through, it will be a $400M+ project over the next 5 years. We are just in the primary phase, but two different investment groups are vying for the rights to fund this opportunity.
