I’ve had the privilege of working in real estate for more than two decades, with a focus on helping homeowners in pre-foreclosure. As Founder & Executive Director of Foreclosure Rescue, I lead a community service–oriented organization that’s maintained an A+ BBB rating for 25 years with zero complaints. Our mission has always been to create win-win outcomes for homeowners and investors by combining compliance, compassion, and professionalism. Along the way, I’ve built and scaled several other ventures. I founded Ten Day Title, a nationwide virtual title services company that closes deals in just ten days without cutting corners. I also launched HomeMatch, a platform rethinking how buyers and sellers transact by eliminating high commissions and long timelines. In addition, I’ve created Foreclosure Shield, Foreclosure CoPilot, and Foreclosure Network — tech-enabled platforms designed to expand homeowner assistance nationwide. Beyond investing, I also operate Briana’s House, a sober living facility in Illinois, where I’ve combined real estate with community impact. My broader portfolio includes single-family homes and multifamily units across several markets, totaling over 250 residential units. Through it all, I’ve focused on operating with integrity, building relationships, and solving problems for homeowners and communities.
