I have since purchased a 4-plex in Orem (with a partner - 2016), a duplex in American Fork (2017) with seller financing, a duplex in Mapleton (2017) with private money and are currently rehabbing both sides (BRRRR method) while we live in our motorhome (I have a good wife), and most recently during this remodel I closed on another duplex in Orem (2017) with seller financing.
