An aspiring rental property investor in Houston Texas. In my day job, I work for a residential real estate development company so I'm familiar with the local market and its drivers. My background includes two development companies with three years of Commercial Banking sandwiched in between. My goal is to selectively but aggressively acquire single family and perhaps some small multifamily properties in the Houston area.
