David Oxandale

Fresh out of college in 2002 I became a mortgage loan officer in Redding California and later in Kansas City Missouri. Through that line of work I came to believe I could flip a house on my own and did. I house hacked for 1yr and ended up selling it contract for deed with a 2yr balloon. After that, life took me out of the real estate life but I'm now looking to get back in. My initial thought was lower end long term rental but am open to anything. Looking forward to shaking things up.
