Hey BP family, my name is David, I live in South Florida. I started and acquired an interest in Real Estate around the mid of 2019 and ever since I've been growing my knowledge, reading and learning as much as I can with the goal of building a strong starting foundation. There is so much great information you guys share together and I thank everyone on here whom make it possible for newbies like myself to have a place to start, grow and make life changing connections. I've reached a point where I feel ready enough and look forward to start taking action, becoming more involved in the local and online Real Estate community and reaching my goals in Real Estate investing. Short Term Goals: Attend local REIA meetups Get involved in the Bigger Pockets community Create an inner circle of advisers, mentors, partners and friendships Aquire and house hack a small multi unit as my first Investment property Long Term Goals: Continue my education in RE investing Create a rental portfolio of at least 12 units Have at least $200 cashflow per unit Continue to move forward one step at a time Thanks for everything and I look forward to meeting you all!
