I have a passion for real estate. I had a Uncle who I looked up to growing up. My uncle was a big real estate investor. I always wanted to be just like him. I learned some home improvement from him and watched him collect rent and just enjoy the finer things in life. He had it all. I never got to learn the actual financial part of real estate such how to get loans and etc because unfortunately my uncle passed away. My uncle suffered from Parkinson’s Disease, but that’s another story 😢. I bought a house (cash purchase) I know my uncle would be proud of me knowing Im following in his footsteps. I wish he was here now to help me tho. Especially on how to get funds to repair the property. My credit is terrible and no bank will loan me the money to make the repairs . Hopefully someone on here could help me or guide me with this process. I just need a boost / helping hand with this first house and then I’m on to the next house and then the next and so on.
