David Stock

I am a superintendent for a General Contractor - Curtis Contracting LLC - in the Mesa, Arizona - (Phoenix) area. I manage all types of projects from small handyman jobs to full scale remodels and additions. We also do new builds as well. If you need a contractor for your remodels or other construction needs please reach out. I would love to connect with other RE investors, especially those in the Phoenix Metro Area and help them in any capacity that I can. I can offer experience/advice with construction and remodeling as well as help with any handyman needs. Goals: My wife and I are currently looking to get into our own 2-4 plex property and house-hack it. Ideally live in one unit while renting and renovating the others. If you have any good, small multi-unit deals or know of any please reach out.
