About myself
My Real Estate investing career started in the Late 1970's as a part time venture. I have had rental property, done fix and flips. I have done cash deals, lease options and partnered with other investors. As of August 2021, I have added Private Money Broker to my list of Real Estate Activities. I represent lenders who specialize in loans to investors and can provide 100% financing to cover purchase price, rehab and closing costs for fix and flip opportunities. I am a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Pennsylvania.
