I am a part-time real estate investor with a small portfolio of SFH rentals, currently looking to add cash-flowing investments to my portfolio that will help me reach my goal of financial independence within the next 12 months. So far, I have been investing exclusively in buy-and-hold single family rentals (I own 7 currently) in various parts of the country, but am also very interested in exploring other cash-flowing investment opportunities (ex. syndicated deals in ATMs, self-storage, multifamily, etc.) that would allow me to scale more quickly. Specifically, I am interested in developing a relationship with sponsors that are willing to work with non-accredited / sophisticated investors.
