My background includes: - Raised over $35MM in private equity - General Partner in 1300 units - Limited Partner in 2500 units - Own short term rentals - Own car washes I started my real estate investing journey in 2009 with single-family flips while working in private equity, energy infrastructure. In 2015 I started passively investing with multifamily properties. After investing in 19 limited partnerships, I joined Trident in 2019 as a general partner and left corporate America. Since then, Trident has completed over $100MM in transactions, acquiring 9 assets, primarily in the state of Oklahoma. Our full-cycle track record includes 4 profitable exits and we currently hold 5 assets totaling over 1200 units. Additionally, I have built luxury homes and manage a portfolio of short-term rentals and car washes. I still invest as a limited partner in outside investments. I recently moved to Overland Park, KS (Kansas City area) and am looking to connect with developers and investors to partner and buy more projects. I can bring debt, equity, balance-sheet and operations. I graduated from Missouri State University with a BS in Construction Management in 2008.
