I am involved in buying, holding and selling real estate mortgage notes. I target both performing and non-performing residential notes in certain US States. I both originate new notes on property that I own and purchase notes on property that I don't own. In both cases I work with investors who help me to fund the deal in exchange for above-average returns on their investment.
