About myself
Just an enthusiast who likes to crunch numbers. Live in Forest Hills, love the neighborhood. My wife works in marketing, I'm an economist on the tenure track at a public college on Long Island. Long term goal is probably a multi-family rental play. Right now just enjoying learning about REI, looking at listings and crunching the numbers.
