I’m the owner and lead inspector of Alpine Inspection Group and Core Building Inspections, serving South Jersey, the Philadelphia metro, and surrounding markets. My background is in residential and commercial building inspections with a strong focus on investor-grade due diligence. I work with buyers, lenders, and owners to evaluate properties through the lens of risk, deferred maintenance, capital planning, and cost-to-cure—not just pass/fail checklists. On the commercial side, I specialize in Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) aligned with ASTM E2018 standards for assets such as strip centers, warehouses, mixed-use buildings, and small multifamily. On the residential side, I routinely inspect single-family and small multifamily properties, including older housing stock and coastal homes, helping investors understand what actually matters before closing. My goal is simple: help clients avoid surprises, underwrite deals more intelligently, and make informed decisions backed by clear observations and practical insight.
