I'll start by saying I currently have a full time job as a Police Officer. I am a family man with 2 beautiful children and an awesome and understanding wife. I consider myself a Real estate Investor in my home town/area of Hamilton, New Jersey. Bought our first flip with my parents in 2017 and sold it early in 2018. I am taking some time off to get more education and build up some capitol. I think through my reading, the bigger pockets podcast and webinars as well as other learning, I have decided to go more the buy and hold route. That being said, I'm working on lowering my expenses to start saving some capital to be able to purchase a multi-family sometime later this year or early in 2020. My goal originally was 10 units. After some reading I now want 100! My main goal which I've had since I was a child has always been to own a small farm and build my own home. I want to use real estate investing to do that, preferably in my hometown of Hamilton. Feel free to reach out with any questions.
